Experience
Neil is a Chartered Accountant and an Insolvency Practitioner who qualified with Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) in 1989. He joined TMP in that year and became a director and shareholder in 1992.
TMP specialises in debtor led turnarounds and was independently ranked (by its peers) as one of the top 10 turnaround finance firms in the UK (in 2001).
Neil is actively involved in all aspects of business turnaround and insolvent restructuring. His key strengths are in analysis, due diligence, financial accounting, operations and investigations.
Neil has been a director of The Turnaround Management Association (UK) since 2001. The TMA represents the broader turnaround finance community, and its members include financiers, professional financial advisers, solicitors, valuers and turnaround finance managers. Although it is linked to a US organisation, TMA (UK) has now developed a significant presence in the UK.
