Introduction
The following summarises the type of recent deals that we have been active on in recent years. We have listed the larger ones – as they are more interesting to an independent reader. But we must stress that we do lots and lots of smaller transactions – and whatever the size of the transaction we focus on getting the right solution and right deal done.
The deals are split up into two key areas:
• Restructuring and Turnarounds using formal insolvency procedures
• Turnaround investments
